Pengy is ONLY blue, white and orange. He looks like a normal penguin except his color (all his body parts are where and look like (except his color) a normal penguin'). His outline is blue. His eyes are blue (not colored-in) circles with orange dots in the middle. Directly under his eyes is a bill that looks like an orange half circle. In the middle of his belly is an orange oval about an inch tall and half an inch wide. His flippers are at his side and look like half ovals and are tucked in. His feet look like a triangle with rounded corners and missing its top. Everything else is white. GOOD LUCK!
