First draw a medium white circle outlined in black. This is the head. Then draw black pointy hair not colored in on top of the head. Two black small eyes and a black medium size mouth not colored in his mouth is open he has thin lips and a jagged mouth and his eyes are pointing down. Draw a white shirt outlined in red. Then on his shirt draw a red circle with a red diagonal line through it. He is wearing red pants. His hands are orange. His feet are red. He is surrounded by an orange semi-circle, which is inside a black semi-circle, which is surrounded by a red semi-circle, which is inside a black semi-circle, which is surrounded by a gray semi-circle.
