1.Draw a hot pink square head and shoulders.
2.Make two white circles for eyes.
3.Put one small black dots at the inside bottom of each eye.
4.Each eye has 6 black eyelashes.
5.Draw yellow eye shadow over each eye. 
6.Make a thin black nose that looks like an upside down 7 in the middle of the face.
7.Put two red circle cheeks on the face.
8.Then add a black line mouth.
9.Draw some red lipstick in the shape of a sideways 8 in the center of the mouth.
10.Make yellow hair with 2 ponytails one on each side of the head.
11.Last of all, make a blue collar. You can only see the top of her dress.
