Draw a medium heart head.

Draw two little eyes in the heart.

Draw a half circle for the nose down between the eyes.

Draw a smile in the bottom part of the heart.

Draw two antennae on the top of the heart.

Draw shoulder length hair on the heart.

Draw a rectangle for the body under the heart head.

On the bottom of the rectangle draw scallops.

Draw two arms on each side of the rectangle. 

Draw five fingers on each hand.

Draw two rectangles on the bottom of the body for the legs. 

Draw heart shoes at the end of each leg.

Draw half of a circle for ears on either side of the heart head.

Draw two bows on the bottom of the antennae.

Draw a heart with an arrow through it in the rectangle body.

Color the antennae, bows, ears, hair and eyes purple.

Color the arms and fingers pink.

Color the rectangle and the scallops green.

Color the head and the legs and shoes blue.
