Make an oval that measures 2-1/2 inches tall and 2 inches wide. Put a horizontal line in the middle of the oval. On the top of the line color one side yellow and the other side red. Put eyes on the yellow side with oblique lines for eyebrows. On the red side put a mouth that looks like a greater than sign, which is ' inch long and the open part is ' cm wide. Now, draw a line to close the greater than sign and two vertical lines inside for teeth. Put 9 green spikes starting at 12 o'clock and go all the way around the head. There should be 4 spikes on the yellow side and 5 on the red side and ' inch between them.
