Doctor Freik is a medium sized monster. 

Head: He has 5 short orange hairs on the top of his head. The head is a circle. The eyes are in the same place as a human's eyes are and they are two small round purple dots. The nose looks like a medium sized triangle missing it's right side. The smile is small and red and looks like the bottom of a semi-circle. It has two lines that are each 1 cm long at each end of the smile. The lines are the ends of the smile. Doctor Freik's face looks a lot like a human's face. But theirs is 1 small difference. His skin is green. Where each ear should be there is half a dog bone. The bones are black. So when you look at Doctor Freik he looks like Frankenstein because he has a bone going all the way through his head. Doctor Freik has a short neck that is green and looks like a person's neck.
The T-Shirt: The t-shirt is sky blue and in the middle it says 'R.I.P.' The Arms: The arms are green and come straight out from the end of the sleeve and are kept close to his sides. There are three round fingers on each hand. 
Pants: For pants there are red bellbottoms. Where the pockets should be there are two round, small, brown circles, one on each side.
Hips: On each hip there is a downward vertical line that goes outward. Each line measures approximately 5 cm. At the end of each line there is a circle without any colour in the middle. The line and circle are navy blue. 
The Feet: The feet are vertically downward and have four spikes for toes. The feet are also green.
