1. Draw a cone shaped hat.
2. Draw a half inch head.
3. Draw a lot of hair around his head.
4. Draw a long sleeeved shirt with hands.
5. Color the shirt violet red.
6. Draw shorts and legs and color them blue.
7. Draw feet at bottom of legs.
8. Draw a happy face on the head.
9. Color the hair brown and the hat yellow.
10. Color the skin green.
