The first thing that you should know about Tuffy is that he is a dog-like monster. He is sitting in an upright position facing the front and taking up the whole page. His face is a dog-like face that is fairly long. He has long, floppy ears and two fairly large eyes slightly spaced. His eyes are in a vertically facing oval with a big half circle on the bottom for pupils. Under his eyes, he has a large horizontally facing, large oval for his nose. He has two, slit like mouths (one under the other) that are slightly smiling. His two front legs are in a sitting position on the bottom with three big, round fingers. Behind his front paws are his hind legs. They are sticking out from behind and are only showing two and a half fingers (since they are going behind the front paws). Rather than a regular tail, Tuffy has a fan like tail. Both ends are showing on each side of his body (about the neckline).
Tuffy is wearing a small, cone-shaped cap on his head. He also has streamer-like tassels coming out of his cap. The 'tassels' are sticking straight out in a wavy shape and are quite long. Two of the 'tassels' are sticking out on the left side of the cap and the other two and on the right side of the cap. There is also one 'tassel' on each side of his neck. Tuffy also has eight horizontal stripes going across his body, which also cover his arms.
