Make your paper face vertical .Close to the top of the page draw a medium circle .To the top of the circle draw 1 eye .Under the eye draw a mouth . Give your monster long blonde hair . Connect the head to 1 purple shirt in the middle of the shirt draw 1 yellow smiley face .Under the smiley face draw 2 red hearts.Connect a pair of brown bell bottoms to the shirt .on each leg give it a platform boot.On each of the shirt's sleeve draw an arm 
with three fingers .
