Our monster has:
curly antennas, square eyes and a trapezoidal head, 
a spring as neck,
a light green collar on a green police uniform.
At the top of the left side there is a red'Stop'sign. At the top of the right side there is a white and blue cross-hatched emblem. It has a triangle as nose and an oblong mouth. It has rectangular arms and blue gloves. It's feet are chains.
