Draw a round circle for the head. Draw two triangles on the head for the ears. Draw three circles for the eyes. Fill the inside blue and make the pupils black. Draw a rectangle for the mouth. Make sharp pointy teeth. Draw three triangles for the body. Draw two rectangles for the legs. Fill in the body and legs with red hearts, and the ears. Make the background green with candy canes.
