Draw a circle for the head. Draw three circles for the eyes. Make the inside red. Draw three triangles for the ears. Draw two squares for the nose. Draw a rectangle for the mouth. Make three triangle teeth. Draw three triangles for the body. Draw two rectangles for the arms. Add fingers on both hands. Make feet at the bottom of the legs. Put three rocketships on the head for the horns. Make it look any colors you like. Maybe blue and red.
