Draw one circle for the head. Draw two square eyes, put five circles in each eye for the pupils. Color them with a gradient Draw a square for the mouth. Add pointy and sharp teeth. Draw two triangle ears. Draw a rectangle for the body. Draw rectangle arms and legs. Draw a square and an arc for the feet. Color the monster a red gradient.
