Chelsea 

1.Draw a vertical rectangle in the middle of the page. Outline the rectangle in pink. [This is the head!]
2.Draw two big swirls on the inside top of the rectangle in green for eyes.
3.Color red inside the swirls.
4.Below the swirls draw a small purple star.
5.On the bottom of the rectangle draw an orange horizontal, long rectangle for the mouth. 
6.Then, color the rest of the big rectangle pink.
7.Draw light blue spiked hair on the top of the rectangle.
8.Draw two light green droopy antennas on the spiked hair.
9.Draw a huge green skirt below the big rectangle.
10.Draw two orange stick-like arms on the outside on both sides of the green skirt.
11.At the end of the arms draw red mittens.
12.Draw orange stick-like legs at the bottom of the big green skirt.
13.Draw little red boots on the end of the stick-like legs.
