Paul 

First, draw a head that has a rounded bottom and a square shaped top. Draw three round eyes. Next, draw two brown antennas on the top of the head. Draw an orange nose and an a red rectangle shaped mouth. Then color the bottom of the head yellow and black striped and the top of the head blue. Next, draw two blue wings coming out of the blue head. After that, draw a sideways banana shaped body and color it yellow and black striped. Then, draw an orange tail. Draw two brown hands holding an green 'T' shaped object. Next, draw two blue and black striped legs wearing black elf shoes. Finally, draw lightning coming out of the tail.
